September + October | Monthly Favourites '17

Hi my loves! Since we are nearing the end of October, I decided to go ahead and gather up all of my favourite beauty products from the past 2 months and lay it all out in a short post here for you. I did film a Monthly Favourites video, so feel free to check that out. But if you're not really in the mood to hear me go into further detail on why I've been loving these products, then I will just summarise my thoughts on each product down below!

SEPT. + OCT. MONTHLY FAVOURITES

Simple Water Boost Micellar Gel Wash

- very moisturising, does not strip my skin
- in love with the texture!
- a little goes a long way

Simple Water Hydrating Booster

- gorgeous product overall!
- great as a makeup primer
- added moisture for dehydrated skin
- takes care of dry patches
- a little goes a long way also!

Bh Cosmetics Metal Rose- 1. Powder Brush

- even though it's labeled as a "powder brush" it's actually more densely packed & better for blending than the "buffing brush"
- great for blending out stick formulas!
- extremely soft
- not stiff, makes blending a breeze!

LORAC Behind The Scenes Eyeshadow Primer

- AMAZING for oily lids!
- 2nd favourite eyeshadow primer behind my Nars one
- shadows will not evaporate!

L'Oréal Voluminous Lash Paradise Mascara 

- loving the formula now
- adds gorgeous amount of volume
- not extremely lengthening
- my lashes hold their curl ALL DAY!
- no smudging or clumping

Maybelline Eye Studio Lasting Drama Gel Eyeliner

- extremely beginner friendly

- very black and matte

-easy to layer

- smooth and creamy!

- not waterproof, but no issues with smudging

Catrice Cosmetics Luminous Lips Lipstick 

- shades 120 Wood Rose Propose? & 030 Undercover Nude
- very moisturising!
- nice colour payoff
- great for everyday (work, school etc...)

Skindinavia Makeup Finishing Spray (Oil Control)

- been using this setting spray for YEARS!
- melts makeup into the skin
- say goodbye to looking powdery!
